4. Orders and Contract Formation

We will not authorize any replacements, credits, or refunds without physically receiving and testing the contested part first. We cannot process claims based solely on photographs, diagnostic printouts, or third-party garage reports.

• Warranty Exclusions: Warranties are strictly against manufacturing defects and are immediately voided if the part has failed due to incorrect installation, track/motorsport use, modification, wear and tear, or lack of standard vehicle maintenance.

• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Transit Parts UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Crucially, we do not cover third-party labor charges, garage fitting or diagnostic fees, vehicle recovery costs, or car hire charges incurred as a result of a faulty, incorrect, or delayed part. Our maximum liability is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the part supplied.
