URGENT: TIMING CHAIN KIT WARRANTY

VEHICLES WITH 100k OR MORE, MILES ON THE CLOCK

NEED TO HAVE A NEW OIL PUMP , OIL PUMP CHAIN ,

OIL PUMP TENSIONER AND PICK UP PIPE

FITTED WITH THIS KIT FOR THE WARRANTY TO BE VALID

TIMING CHAIN KIT INSTRUCTIONS

FORD TRANSIT TDDi/TDCi ENGINES

We recommend that this kit is fitted by a fully qualified personnel at REGISTERED GARAGE

Mileage needs to be checked and recorded as engines over 75,000 miles and over should have cam, pump, crankshaft gears changed.

UNLESS PROPER SERVICE RECORDS ARE AVAILABLE

Engine must be flushed WITH A GOOD QUALITY ENGINE FLUSH (FORTE, WYNNS ETC) and correct manufacturers specifications oil and filter replaced.

This will help prevent any other issues when replacing the timing chain kit and give you peace of mind once your new kit is fitted.

Timing chain kit must be fitted in accordance with manufacturers procedure.

No warranty on individual timing chain components unless proven defective.

No warranty on kits over 75,000 miles unless gears changed

No warranty on kits unless engine flushed and clean oil used

Engine must be timed properly 50 degrees before TDC NOT AT TDC
